To insure the return of your pet should they become lost, our veterinary clinic offers Microchip pet identification. This service is provided through Petsure. They DO NOT charge an annual fee.
A Microchip is implanted through a syringe and needle under the loose skin in your pet’s neck. This procedure is done at our Stouffville Animal Hospital. If your animal should become lost and picked up by the pound, they will scan your pet’s and their individual identification number will be matched with your name address and phone number in a computer data base. This ensures your pet’s prompt return home.
