Upon your visit to Stouffville’s Town & Country Animal Hospital
You will be welcomed by one of our friendly reception staff. She will confirm the reason for your visit to our veterinary clinic and take your pet’s weight. If you are new to the clinic, you will be asked to provide previous medical records if you have them.
You will then be greeted by one of our veterinarians. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there may be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
Once you are in the exam room, the veterinarian, with the assistance of one of our veterinary technician, will examine your pet and answer your questions. Together with the veterinarian, you will plan your tailored health care options.
Once the visit with the veterinarian is complete, our reception staff will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.
