Our COVID-19 Protocols

With the return of the majority of our team, we are thrilled to report that curbside appointments are now available starting Thursday, January 13th, 2022.

Even though our physical location is open again, with the rapid spread of the omicron variant, we are experiencing staffing shortages which is impacting our capacity to see patients. We will be continuing to modify our schedule to prioritize illness appointments as best we can.

Calling the Clinic

When you call the clinic, you will be prompted to leave us a voicemail unless it's an emergency.
We are receiving an influx of calls and this will help us handle the increased call volume without affecting the quality of our service.

Curbside Appointments

When you arrive at the clinic for an appointment, please ensure your pet is secure, either on leash or inside a carrier.
We kindly ask that you make your way to the front door and ring the doorbell, located on the second set of doors.
To help keep our team safe, we kindly ask that you wear a mask and keep a distance of 2 meters away.
A team member will confirm your cell phone number and bring your pet into the clinic for their appointment.
Please remain in your car and await a call from the veterinarian.
If the veterinarian is not ready for your pet's appointment, you will be given a pager and asked to waiting in your car or backyard. When the pager vibrates/rings please return to the front door for your pet's appointment.

Order Pick Up

We kindly ask that you make your way to the front door and ring the doorbell, located on the second set of doors.
To help keep our team safe, we kindly ask that you wear a mask and keep a distance of 2 meters away.
A team member will confirm your order and place in on the table for a contactless pick up.
If you've arrived and have not called in your order ahead of time, a team member will provide you with a pager and ask you to return to your car and wait for the pager to vibrate/ring. When the pager vibrate/rings, please return to the front door to collect your order.
